Ninkasi Whisky Experience is a range of single malts produced in small series (called Tracks) while favouring short circuits.
Each bottle is the fruit of Ninkasi know-how around barley malts (acquired since their first brewing in 1997) and an ageing in wine casks from the terroirs of the region.
Put in barrel on 11/10/2016 and bottled on 17/10/2019.
This third whisky was made from 100% Pilsen malt.
It has been aged in casks of Banyuls from Domaine Madeloc and Domaine Pietri Geraud (Pyrénées Orientales - France).
On tasting, notes of caramel and candied prune were smelled.
Each bottle is accompanied by its craft case.
