L'Artisan Poolish Baguette is part-baked in our natural stone oven. It is made from a recipe of pre-fermented Poolish dough which gives a golden crispy crust a light cream-coloured crumb with a light erated texture and delicate aromatic notes of cereals. A long bulk fermentation allows the aroma to develop along with the aerated crumb typical of rustic breads.Your classic artisan baguette for everyday use.

Serving : Bake in Oven 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
