Huilerie Vernoilaise has been founded in 1946. The know-how of their oil masters is transmitted from generation to generation. They have preserved the ancestral production character of virgin oils and have kept the key stages of grinding, cooking, extraction (by using century-old cast iron vertical presses), decantation and filtration.
Their organic oil are first cold pressed to reach the highest quality and purity. The fruits are crushed and presssed only one time under cold temperature (not exceeding 80 degrees Farhenheit) to keep the nutrients and ensures maximum quality.
