The STG (Spécialité Traditionnelle Garantie) guarantees the product come from mussels raised according to a traditional culture, on poles called Bouchot, which means : a very creamy, silky and non-floury texture of the flesh, well-filled and clean shell.

Craving for some typically French moules marinieres (sailor-style mussels) ? Cook them with cream, garlic, parsley and a splash of white wine , and accompany them with French fries! 

Mussels are steam precooked, so you just need to warm them up and season them to your own taste. Fast and convenient!
- In a pot without defrosting: 10 to 14 min on a medium heat. Stir from time to time
- In a pot after defrosting:  5 to 7 min in a covered pot on high heat. Stir from time to time
- In the microwave after defrosting: 2-3 min in the closed packaging

Harvest in France (zone Baie de Morieux or Bricqueville Nord), STG Moules de Bouchot.

Cryogenic Freeze directly after fishing session to preserve highest quality of a fresh fished product.
