INGREDIENTS:

  • 600 g of Pork Filet Mignon
  • 20 ml of Sunflower Oil
  • 50 g of Mustard
  • 20 ml of Cider Vinegar
  • 50 g of Capers
  • 2 Shallots
  • 240 g of White Rice
  • 120 ml of Honey
  • 40 ml of Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Put a cooker on heat with a little bit of sunflower oil. Salt and pepper the piece of pork and then brown it on every side (around 2 min for each side).

    2. In the meantime, prepare the sauce in a bowl: mix the honey, the mustard, olive oil, vinegar, capers, and a tablespoon of water.

    3. Slice the shallots in thin parts, then put off the filet mignon of the fire and place it in a plate.Fry the shallots for about 2-3 minutes. Deglaze in the cooker. 

    4. Put the meat again in the cooker, pour the sauce, put a lid and let it slowly cook for about 20 minutes. 

    5. In the meantime, cook the rice to put aside the meat when served. 

    Ready to eat!
