STRAWBERRY TART WITH BASIL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1kg of strawberry
  • 2 apples
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1 pastry pie
  • a pinch of sugar
  • a knob of butter

INSTRUCTIONS :

1Defrost the strawberries / Wash an hull strawberries (if they are fresh)

2. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.

3. Cook 500 g of the strawberries in the pan with the apples and a little water until you get a compote.

4. During the cooking time, cook the dough white (spread it in a mold, cover the bottom with baking paper and rice grains which will absorb the humidity.
5. Bake 10 min at 180 ° C (thermostat 6) in the oven.

6. Unfroze/ Wash an hull and put the basil leaves in the compote and simmer for 10 min.

7. Cut the remaining strawberries in half and brown them in a pan with butter and a little sugar to brown them.
8. Spread the compote on the dough, and arrange the cooked strawberries on top.
9. Sprinkle with sugar and place in the oven at 180 ° C for 10 min (thermostat 6).
