Verrine of Macaroni, Roquefort, Lettuce & Peer

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g of Macaroni
  • 1 tray of Lamb's lettuce
  • 3 poached pears
  • 80g of Roquefort cheese
  • 10cl olive oil
  • 5cl balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Cook the macaroni al dente and rinse with cold water.

    2. Meanwhile, cut the pears and Roquefort cheese into small cubes (keep the tips of the pears with the tails for decoration), then peel the lamb's lettuce and mix all these ingredients with the macaroni in a salad bowl.

    3. Make a vinaigrette with the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

    4. Arrange in verrines, the macaroni salad, decorate with the tips of pears and lamb's lettuce shoots.

    5. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving. Add some balsamic flavours pearls on the top.

    Ready to eat!
