Our South West French Fries are cooked in duck fat, with a hint of garlic to enhance the good taste of the potato. All the flavour of a homemade French fry, to share at will...Bon appetit! 

Cooking:

Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Spread the desired amount in a single layer on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes at half height and turn halfway through the cooking time.

Storage:

24 hours in a refrigerator. 3 days in the ice compartment of the refrigerator. In the freezer at -18°C until the date indicated on the package.
